Yoga Pole Stretch With Victoria
The unique yoga classes not only allows using poles to stretch and increase body flexibility but also focuses on building muscle strength and improving body alignment. The 45 minutes long class has three sections of exercising: In the first 20 minutes we warm up and stretch on floor and pole; the second 10 minutes we meditate while improving our body’s alignment by gaining control of muscles; the third part emphasizes on building muscle strength of upper arms, abs, hips and inner thighs.

About The Teacher
Victoria He is a Chinese-born and New York-based performance artist. She has been dancing at age 6. In the beginning, it was classic ballet and Chinese folk dances. When she was pursuing her Master of Fine Arts, she had a chance to get to know and practice pole dance, because there was a pole dance studio just across from her campus in Florida. Then she got fascinated with the aerial performance, which turned her from a shy human being to a confident fitness instructor. She always feels grateful that she can pursue fitness and dance as a career. She believes the most important thing she learned from dance is how to maintain physical health and beauty by proper muscle excises.
